Please read carefully and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.

  • Payments for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Web Design & Development, Online Reputation Management (ORM), or any of our Online Marketing services are non-refundable in nature even if a fee was paid in advance. After payment is made, there are no exceptions to our refund policy. Some amount of the fee is refundable depending upon the nature of agreement and scenario during the cancellation.
  • All your documents will be handover to you after the agreement term is over.
  • No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of the terms stated in our Terms & Condition section
  • No cancellation shall be considered valid without counter-confirmation. The confirmation should be from the respective department or management of the company.
  • Cancellation requests should be made in advance to the concerned person or department. The necessary response should be sought in this matter.
  • WaveKart Digital P LTD cant’ guarantee you 1st position in Google or other search engines. But we assure 100% quality services and would be honest with its customers.
  • Payments would be made in advance and SEO services will be delivered to its customers for the month being billed.
