1. About these terms
These terms cover use of wavekartdigital.com. A signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement governs any paid project and takes precedence for that project where there is a conflict. Visiting this website or sending an enquiry does not, by itself, purchase a service. Contact info@wavekartdigital.com for the identity and business details of the contracting entity before entering an agreement.
2. Using this website
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious code, scrape personal data unlawfully or submit misleading enquiries. You must have authority to share materials or information on behalf of a business.
3. Proposals, scope and approvals
Services, deliverables, schedules, revision rounds, acceptance criteria and client responsibilities must be agreed in writing. Additional pages, integrations, campaigns or changes of direction may require a revised scope. Delivery depends on timely access, accurate information and approvals from the client.
4. Fees and third-party costs
Fees, currency, taxes, payment dates and any deposit are set out in the proposal or invoice. Advertising spend, hosting, domains, software subscriptions, stock assets and platform charges are included only where expressly stated. No price or payment obligation is created solely by general website content.
5. Content and intellectual property
Clients must hold the necessary rights to supplied logos, copy, images, data and other materials. Ownership or licensing of final deliverables, editable files and reusable components is determined by the written agreement. Third-party software, fonts and media remain subject to their own licences. Website content may not be reused commercially without permission or another lawful basis.
6. Accounts, AI and external platforms
Platform eligibility, approvals, availability and policies are controlled by their providers. Business accounts should remain under the ownership agreed with the client. AI-assisted work requires appropriate factual and quality review. Do not provide credentials or confidential customer information through a general website enquiry form; arrange an appropriate transfer method with the project team.
7. Marketing outcomes
Search rankings, AI citations, traffic, leads, sales and advertising returns cannot be guaranteed. Outcomes depend on the offer, market, budget, competition, platform changes and customer experience. Examples and historical project descriptions are not promises of equivalent future results.
8. Cancellation and disputes
Refer to the written agreement and the Cancellation & Refund Policy for project-specific arrangements. Raise a concern promptly with the project contact or our published email address, including the relevant invoice or project reference. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Applicable rights and changes
The governing law and dispute arrangements for a paid engagement should be stated in its written agreement. Mandatory consumer and other applicable statutory protections remain unaffected. Changes to website terms apply prospectively and do not automatically amend an existing signed contract.
